  Very knowledgeable, professional, and caring doctors. The type of doctor who you stay with and will gladly travel to see when you find them.

  Doctor Jennifer Chan is very friendly and helpful. The girl at reception desk is also friendly and always wears a smile. Although this medical centre is a bit small the interior design is quite modern and neat.

  I am so disappointed and infuriated at how I was treated and am in disbelief at how none of the doctors were even spoken to prior to a patient being turned away like that. You would hope if this had been a situation with a very unwell child, the receptionist would have some sense to consult the doctors. Incredibly unprofessional and more importantly unsafe.

  The whole family have been visiting Dr Yu for years. Dr Yu is very knowledgeable and helpful, yet always so understanding and genuinely caring, there really is no Doctor like him. Have visited Dr Yaso as well, and she is also very gentle and personal in her approach. The receptionists are always super friendly and helpful, it's always an easy process seeing Dr Yu. He's great!

  I was turned away after telling the reception staff that I desperately needed to see a doctor and I was running a very high fever (which later turned out to be a peritonsillar abscess)! Despite the practice being completely empty, I was told they were booked out and that I could not be seen and should come later in the afternoon.

  Dr. Caroline Chan, Dr. Jennifer Chan, and Dr. Yu Kai are all really good, professional, friendly. Me and my wife all have been seeing them for over a year now. They can speak mandarin as well which is a plus for us. Highly recommended. Please book beforehand. Often fully booked.
